How to use this prompt
Copy and paste the prompt into any AI tool, such as ChatGPT. The virtual patient will initially provide only their name, age, and main complaint. You are expected to ask questions one by one. You must specifically ask about smoking, occupation, and exposure to infections, as the patient will not mention these spontaneously. Do not request a diagnosis while taking the history. Once you have completed the history-taking, type "End History" to switch the AI to examiner mode, and it will provide a detailed evaluation of your performance.
