How to use this prompt
Paste the prompt into any AI tool, such as ChatGPT. The virtual patient (parent or caregiver) will only provide the child's age and main complaint to start. You will then ask questions one by one. You must proactively ask about birth history, feeding, immunizations, and developmental milestones based on the child's age; the patient will not volunteer this information. Do not request a diagnosis while taking the history. When you have finished, type "End History" to switch the AI to examiner mode, and it will then evaluate your performance in detail.
