You need to actively ask about "red flags" (e.g., sudden onset, worst headache of life); these will not be revealed unless you specifically inquire about them. Do not ask for a diagnosis while taking the history. When you have finished taking the history, type "End History" to switch to examiner mode, and your performance will be evaluated in detail.
